CITY DWELLERS

Well versed in all things real estate the Brissi Group, formerly a Manhattan based brokerage, has been charting its way in South Florida since setting up shop in Miami eight years ago. With expertise in unlocking unparalleled opportunities and data-driven approach, the duo
is navigating the dynamic local real estate landscape like seasoned pros.

TO THE POINT / Our favorite thing about Brickell is the walkable urban vibe. It’s like a mini-Manhattan but much cleaner, greener, and newer, with more luxurious buildings. In addition to the walkability, we love that there’s something for everyone. Whether you’re looking for a very high-end large new construction unit in a branded building that is like a large single-family home in the sky for your family or a smaller unit in a short-term-rental friendly, building that allows you to use it as a vacation home and collect rental income while you’re not here, Brickell has it.

THE HANG / You will most likely find us at the Brickell City Centre doing some shopping or enjoying brunch or dinner in any of the numerous restaurants in the neighborhood.

BITE BIT / Our favorite places to eat in the neighborhood are Ojo De Agua for breakfast, B Bistro or Cafe Bastille for brunch, business lunches at The Edge Steakhouse at the Four Seasons, and dinner at Sexy Fish, Komodo, or Quinto La Huella.

THE OUTDOORS / Outdoor lovers will appreciate Brickell for its incredible green spaces for outdoor activities like biking, rollerblading, running, and walking in the neighborhood with the Underline, the Brickell Key Triangle, or the Baywalk along Biscayne Bay and Miami River Greenway.

THE ARCHITECTURE / Architecture fans will love the Climate Ribbon at Brickell City Centre designed by Arquitectonica or any of the numerous new construction buildings by architects like Robert A.M. Stern, Antonio Citterio, Adrian Smith + Gordan
Gill, or Kohn Pederson Fox.

THE GEM / An absolute standout home in the area is the four-acre property, formerly owned by Adrienne Arsht, with two homes totaling over 25,000 square feet and more than 400 feet of water frontage, which just sold for over $100 million. While most of Brickell’s residential
properties are condominiums or other high-rise buildings, there are a few areas within the neighborhood where single-family homes are just perfect.
