From the charming streets of France to the bustling culinary scene in America, Greg Galy’s journey is nothing short of extraordinary. This hospitality maestro began his ascent by becoming the President of Fig & Olive, one of America’s most acclaimed dining hotspots. Four and a half years ago Galy took a bold step forward launching MILA Restaurant, which has since evolved into the Riviera Dining Group. Today, he is revolutionizing the local dining experience at Casa Neos, a newly-opened beach club on Miami River, that blends luxury, impeccable service, and a unique ambiance. Here is where he sources inspiration.

MEMORY LANE / When it comes to my personal objects of affection, my prized possessions include a compilation of my pictures and videos from my life. Memories are priceless, hence currently keeping everything my children have offered me.
CULTURAL CRUSADE / The Vizcaya Museum and Garden is one of my favorite locations in Miami to quench my thirst for beauty. It’s rich with history and their exhibitions are always captivating. Plus, the beautiful estate is a story in itself.
COFFEE TABLE BOOK / Picasso for his master artworks. And his story – but also for his love for the City of Mougins, where I was raised!
SAVORY SCENT / I use Tom Ford as my everyday scent. Or Marine Giron Galy’s perfume. She is a scent developer and an expert hence my bringing her on board to customize all scents for our RDG locations. Thus far, our latest launch – the CASA NEOS scent is the one driving the most traction and our guests and members keep requesting it for purchase.
