SUGAR SAND PARK holds deep sentimental value for my family. It’s where I spent countless afternoons with my daughter, playing on the expansive wooden playground, racing across the crumb rubber surface, and laughing under the sprinklers. Beyond its charm as a family-friendly space, the park is also home to the 155-seat Willow Theater, where I had the honor of performing in my first professional production last year. That experience became a turning point, inspiring me to launch Off Glades Theater Company, a nonprofit dedicated to promoting local theater in South Florida.

EVOLUTION YOGA is my favorite spot for fitness and I’m addicted to its hot yoga. It’s a workout that challenges me physically while also helping me stay centered and clear-headed. I especially like the cold towels at the end of class – it’s an amazing perk!

PURE GREEN is my go-to spot for lunch smoothies—clean, flavorful, and hands-down the best I’ve ever had. Each blend is made with high-quality ingredients that actually fuel me through the day, not just taste good. The space itself is a little slice of beachy heaven.

ORA WELLNESS & AESTHETICS is where I turn for expert, thoughtful care. Lydia and her team are known for their personalized approach, specializing in facial aesthetics, skin rejuvenation, and advanced wellness therapies. I walk out feeling refreshed, confident, and like the best version of myself—and honestly, I’ve never looked or felt better.

As part of my commitment to supporting local businesses—and keeping family traditions alive—our weekly Friday visits to PIZZA DISTRICT have become a cherished ritual. I always order a personal white pizza, my favorite, and the New York-style interior instantly takes me back to my roots as a born-and-raised New Yorker.
