CLEANSING DEVICES I love using sage, copal (Colombian tree resin that is burned like incense), aromatherapy oils by doTERRA, and Palo Santo’s natural cleansing sticks.

MUSICAL MEDICINE If not working with 432 HZ music, I play Maestro Alfano, a well-known musician and the founder of The Sacred Sound Institute. He plays a Japanese flute, an instrument I love the most.

FOODIE GURU I love dining out. Truthfully, it is an experience of taste, color, and health. Hence my choice of sophisticated Mediterranean fare, which includes restaurants like Estiatorio Milos on the beach and Mandolin in the Design District.

WORK OUT I do my chakra journey flows and exercise for one hour every day. That includes a combination of the flows paired with weights to grow my muscular mass.

GLOW ON I do plasma facials every three months and use honey every night on my skin, frankincense and ELTA MD brand products for my creams. I also do weekly IV therapy. Every morning I drink juice with anti-inflammatory agents like celery, apple, ginger, turmeric, warm lemon tea, and apple cider vinegar.

SHOP SMART I call my style “sophisticated boho chic.” I love artisanal clothes, and I buy handmade, one-of-a-kind items in places like Wynwood or during my travels through Europe.

COCKTAIL TIME I only drink spicy margaritas prepared with jalapeños, natural lemon juice, and no sugar! Joia Beach is my go-to place because of the nature around it and the great music.

TRAVELER EXTRAORDINAIRE I love Ibiza, Tulum, Sedona, Bali, Maldives, and Austria, where I go for snow! I appreciate the combination of beautiful, natural landscapes alongside rich, spiritual experiences.
