Cleo Vo-Dai is a wellness entrepreneur based in Miami, known for founding IMA Yoga. Originally from Montreal, Vo-Dai transitioned from a career in PR and marketing to the wellness industry, aiming to create a sanctuary of peace and connection in Miami. Under her leadership, IMA Yoga has become a vibrant community space, embracing core values such as kindness, presence, sustainability, and inclusivity. From mindful morning rituals to invigorating yoga sessions, her routine is designed to fuel both body and mind. while creating a sustainable lifestyle that prioritizes well-being in every aspect. Here, she shares the daily rituals that keep her feeling strong, centered, and connected.

MORNING ROUTINE

My day begins with a ritual that sets the tone for everything ahead. I start with a drop of Dr. Ivan’s D3 vitamin, followed by a must-have cup of coffee because I can’t live without it. To make it even more nourishing, I blend it with coconut milk and collagen peptides—a simple yet essential mix that provides both comfort and fuel.

YOGA & MOVEMENT

Daily movement is non-negotiable. With two kids, a business, and a full schedule, my yoga sessions are sacred—appointments I refuse to miss. I practice in the infrared room at IMA Yoga, where the heat enhances my detox and transforms my practice into a moving meditation. It’s my way of refueling, both physically and mentally.

MEDITATION & RELAXATION

To balance out my active routine, I prioritize mindful rest. My go-to method is sound healing, which I try to do at least every two weeks. I also indulge in spa sessions—a steam or facial once or twice a week keeps me feeling refreshed and restored.

HEALTHY FOODS & COMMUNITY

Nourishment goes beyond just food—it’s about community, too. My staples include smoothies or Khalil-style bone broth from Sunlife Organics, but the experience is even better when shared. Whether it’s catching up with my best girlfriends over a post-yoga smoothie or cooking a wholesome meal together, food becomes a powerful tool for connection. Wellness isn’t just about what we do but who we share it with.
