MIMI YOGA, WYNWOOD

My ideal wellness day starts with a hot power yoga session at Mimi Yoga. The classes push me in the best way possible, making me feel stronger, lighter, and totally in tune with my body. Surrounded by its gorgeous blue walls and energizing atmosphere, it’s the perfect place to sweat out stress and refocus.

MIAMI JUICE, SUNNY ISLES

After yoga, a stop at Miami Juice in Sunny Isles is a must. It’s a classic—whether I’m grabbing a nutrient-packed smoothie or a fresh, wholesome meal, this spot has been a longtime favorite for refueling. You can taste the quality in every bite.

THE STANDARD, MIAMI BEACH

For a deeper reset, The Standard is my go-to. It’s the ideal place for a restorative treatment and an Arctic plunge—the perfect combination of relaxation and revitalization. The spa’s laid-back yet transformative vibe makes it one of Miami’s best wellness escapes.

THE WELL BAY HARBOR ISLANDS & THE WELL COCONUT GROVE

And of course, at THE WELL Bay Harbor Islands Sales Gallery, Wellness Wednesdays have become a beloved community ritual, bringing people together for guided breathwork and meditation—a glimpse into a full-body, integrative experience. With offerings ranging from hyperbaric chambers to crystal cave relaxation lounges, THE WELL continues to set a new standard for next-level wellness in Miami, which I am proud to share.

BAMFORD WELLNESS SPA AT 1 HOTEL SOUTH BEACH

When I need extra relaxation, this is my go-to. This spot is great for facials, but what really makes it special is the rooftop relaxation area. I love hanging out there and admiring the oceanfront backdrop—it’s my tranquil escape.

COCONUT GROVE ORGANIC FARMERS MARKET

This is my ideal Saturday plan. I love stocking up on an amazing assortment of vegan products, fresh produce, and cold-pressed juices. There’s something special about chatting with local vendors, sampling fresh tropical fruits, and gathering everything I need to nourish my body for the week ahead. It’s a connection to the community and a reminder that good food is truly a form of self-care.
