THE NUTSHELL
I have adored Key Biscayne ever since calling it home in 1993. My parents discovered this island paradise decades ago, and over time it became the meeting point for our entire family. Today, my sisters and their families, along with my son and I, continue to share a deep love for this extraordinary community.

I am truly everywhere on the Key. At one point, I even became somewhat recognizable while riding around on the island’s beloved Freebee service, which, on a three-mile island, certainly makes your face familiar rather quickly.

If I am grabbing a quick lunch, chances are you will find me at Golden Hog enjoying their delicious Asado Negro with vegetables, especially on Fridays.
THE OUTDOORS
Life here revolves around the beach. We are, after all, an island, and being able to walk just a few steps from my apartment directly onto the sand is something I never take for granted.
THE LANDSCAPE
Everywhere you turn there are views of the bay, the ocean, lush green spaces, and beautifully integrated residential architecture that never overwhelms the landscape. The island’s understated sophistication is part of its enduring appeal.
