How many years have you been a REALTOR®? I have been a Licensed Florida Realtor since 2005.
What is your favorite property sold and/or work experience? One of my favorite properties sold was in Coral Gables with a beautiful Caribbean style and a wondrous garden built in a quarry that included koi ponds, meandering streams, striking specimen plants and trees, and native coral rock, creating a very special and inimitable setting. A very meaningful work experience was recently helping a family sell their home, where they all grew up, in order to be able to care for their mother in her golden years. It was an emotional yet gratifying experience for them and, for me, being able to help them sell for a higher price than they expected and navigate the process with ease was extremely rewarding.
Do you work mostly with buyers or sellers? Over 70% of my clients are Sellers, however, I serve both Sellers and Buyers with equal Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Top 1%-ranked expertise and personal attention.
What sets you apart from other REALTORS®? I understand that buying or selling a home is not just an important transaction, but an emotional one, as well. I take the time to really get to know my clients, their concerns, hopes, and goals, and take very seriously the responsibility of serving as their Realtor. What’s the biggest real estate trend you are seeing right now? Buyers are looking for properties close to their work and leisure activities. Walkability and access to transportation and entertainment are important. Home offices and ample living areas are especially crucial to buyers. Families want turnkey, new construction properties and, in our market, that includes impact windows and doors and full-house generators.
What neighborhood/area do you specialize in? I specialize in what we, here in Miami, call “Southeast Miami.” This is the area from Downtown south to Palmetto Bay and west to the Florida Turnpike. Some of the more well-known areas in this sector are South Miami, Ponce Davis, Coral Gables, Pinecrest, Palmetto Bay, Glenvar Heights, and East Kendall.
Do you work mostly with single-family homes, condominiums, land, etc.? Most of my business is with single-family properties, but I do close a fair share of transactions with luxury condominiums and land for residential development.
