1. IPAD PRO 13” / I love that I can pick it up at any moment and it’s instantly ready — no boot up, no wait, just go. The 13” screen gives me tons of room for photos, videos, and multitasking across apps. It’s home to some of my favorite tools, including Google Earth, Microsoft OneNote, and my social media browsers.
2. IPHONE / I regularly use iMovie to blend clips together with transitions and titles, and the Edits app by Meta to create clean, compelling Instagram Reels. I keep a library of reference items and repostables stored in Apple’s Books app, which makes it easy to share whenever needed. Since I take a lot of photos and videos, I also pair my iPhone with a USB C flash drive — the secret weapon that keeps my storage from spiraling out of control.
3. GENERATIVE AI TOOLS / I use Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Grok because each one offers something a little different. What started as curiosity has turned into daily reliance. It amazes me how fast AI is evolving and how seamlessly it’s weaving its way into everything we do.
4. GOOGLE EARTH / I was an early adopter of Google Earth, and it remains one of my favorite tools in real estate. I use it to plan property tours, explore neighborhoods, and get a real world feel for locations. Just yesterday, I remembered driving past a property a few weeks back with a “For Lease” sign. I couldn’t recall the exact location, so I opened Google Earth, found the area, dropped into Street View — and there it was. The sign. The details. Everything I needed.
5. META QUEST 3 / I own a Quest 3, and while many people use it for gaming, I use it for something a little more zen. The TRIPP app lets me meditate and do breathing exercises inside a stunning, sci-fi virtual world. It’s calming, immersive, and honestly a pretty cool escape after a long day.
