A DEFINING FORCE IN MIAMI’S LUXURY REAL ESTATE MARKET AND ONE OF THE NATION’S TOP-PRODUCING AGENTS.
As Senior Vice President of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices EWM Realty, Nelson Gonzalez ranks #1 Agent company-wide for the last 5 years, and #1 Agent by sales volume globally in the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices network for 2026. This achievement is built on more than three decades of experience, deep market understanding, commitment to excellence, and peerless client relationships.
As a Miami native, Nelson offers a rare, firsthand perspective on the city’s evolution into a global destination. Few can match his historical insight—having sold properties on Star Island when they were valued at $1 million and now witnessing those same homes commanding prices exceeding $100 million.
Over his career, Nelson has closed more than $4 billion in sales, and sold homes to a roster of high-profile figures, including Cher, Phil Collins, Billy Joel, Jimmy Page, Dwyane Wade, Ronnie Seikaly, Luol Deng, Tim Hardaway Jr., and many entrepreneurs and CEOs. Drawn to his negotiating skills and exemplary personal attention, clients routinely return to Nelson for future transactions.
In a city that’s constantly evolving, Nelson remains a familiar and trusted presence—someone who has helped shape Miami’s luxury real estate landscape while continuing to live and breathe the lifestyle he represents. In 2026, he earned the No. 1 ranking for sales volume among agents in the United States in the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals’ Top 250 Latino Agents list.

In 2025, Nelson achieved an impressive $285 million in real estate sales, highlighted by the highest single-family home sale in Miami Beach: 88 La Gorce Circle, which sold for $74.25 million. Nelson marketed the property and represented the seller in the transaction. Situated on La Gorce Island, a small and ultra-exclusive gated enclave known for its exceptional waterfront views, the residence stood out as one of the year’s most notable sales.
He also closed 4774 North Bay Road for $29.5 million; a striking modern mansion located on the same prestigious address where David and Victoria Beckham own a home. Another major transaction was 2288 Sunset Drive on the Sunset Islands, which sold for $25.4 million. Known for its proximity to the vibrant Sunset Harbour neighborhood, the Sunset Islands remain one of Miami Beach’s most desirable gated communities.

Nelson’s focus remains on selling the finest homes and condos in Miami-Dade County. His current portfolio includes exceptional listings from a $23.5 million penthouse in Coconut Grove to an oceanfront condo in The St Regis, Bal Harbour offered for $9.5 million. His newest listing is a beautiful Mediterranean villa at 5860 Pine Tree Drive, listed for $4.45 million.

Nelson doesn’t just sell the waterfront lifestyle—he lives it. A passionate boater, he often spends weekends on the water with his sons, Lucas and Franco Gonzalez, who are now building their own paths in real estate. A lifelong athlete, Nelson stays active through sports and regular workouts at Anatomy in Miami Beach. When he’s not on the water or in the gym, he enjoys immersing himself in Miami’s vibrant arts and culture scene, with Art Basel serving as his favorite time of year.
